We knew it was the start to a wonderful evening when a Honeysuckle Martini was placed in front of my friend at Hot and Hot Fish Club. A fresh honeysuckle sprig was delicately floating at the top of the glass. Enjoy the below recipe at home or try one locally without the trials and tribulations at Hot and Hot Fish Club. Honeysuckle Martini 1. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, Honeysuckle Simple Syrup. and club soda to shaker. Shake mixture for 5 to 10 seconds. 1.In a small saucepan combine sugar water and honeysuckle blossoms over medium-high heat stirring constantly. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved.
