With a visit from Anna Wintour and a collection that evoked memories of the American songwriter, on Friday, September 9th at Milk Studios, designer Billy Reid showed his Men's and Women's Spring 2012 collection. Inspired by the revival of the songwriter, the collection referenced the lost days of the bohemian artists living in Laurel Canyon. "That spirit seems very much alive today - folks from L.A., New York, Muscle Shoals, Austin, and Nashville are blending together to make some incredible new music.  These folks have been in the background, and our thoughts, this season," said Reid.
